This is a customized form-load-seal monoblock cartoning machine for packaging sachets into retail boxes. It erects carton blanks and seals their bottoms to form cartons, counts and loads the preset quantity of sachets through a funnel, and seals the carton tops. The system uses hot-melt adhesive for both carton bottom and top sealing.

 

This cartoning machine can be tailored to pack a broad variety of products, such as pouches, stick packs, blisters, tubes, and small bottles.

 

The monoblock cartoner combines carton forming, sachet loading, and carton sealing into one compact unit. Its design removes the need for multiple machines, reducing floor space and maintenance. Easy to install and operate.
