This is a fully-automatic form-load-seal monoblock cartoning machine for stand-up pouches designed and manufactured for one of our long-term customers abroad. It works by erecting flat-fold cartons and sealing their bases to form cases, inserting filled stand-up pouches into cases by using a delta robot (ABB IRB 360 FlexPicker) with help of a vision system, sealing the case tops with tape, all fully-automatic. The case packer was designed to package 1 quart and 1 gallon stand-up pouches respectively in a lay-flat position with cartons according to this customer's specifications, but we can customize other pouch cartoners to meet different requirements. This monoblock case packer can be installed easily by customers themselves.
