This wrap-around case packer is designed for packaging stand-up pouches (typically spouted pouches and doypacks) in an upright orientation into carton boxes. It is a 3-in-1 monoblock form-load-seal cartoning machine that integrates case forming, pouch loading, and case sealing into a single compact and efficient unit. The machine picks one-piece pre-creased cardboards from the magazine, folds them to a U shape, conveys the folded carton blanks to the pouch loading station. The case packer is equipped with a pouch collating system. The collating system consists of a buffering belt conveyor, acceleration belt conveyor, a dual-servo collator, a servo side pusher, a buffering storage unit and an electrical controller. It organizes pouches into rows, delivers them one row at a time to the loading funnel, and inserts them into a formed case. Then, the loaded case is conveyed to the next stations, where it is closed at the top and the minor flaps are sealed with hot melt adhesive.
