This heavy-duty palletizer is designed to automatically stack heavy loads onto pallets according to preset patterns. The machine features a robust rotating column connected to a rigid horizontal arm that can slide vertically along the column. The horizontal arm has a joint, allowing the outer arm to rotate horizontally.

 

We can develop different gripping devices to be installed at the end of the arm according to different products and palletizing patterns. The palletizer adjusts the height of the gripper by sliding the horizontal arm vertically along the column, adjusts the left and right position of the gripper by rotating the column, and adjusts the distance of the gripper through the joint.
